Step 1
We will need a measuring tape, a blank sheet of A4 paper and a pencil.
Step 2
We stand barefoot in an upright position on the white paper page.
Step 3
We mark on the paper where our big toe ends and respectively on the back of our foot we mark the point where our heel ends.
Step 4
We draw the contour of our foot with a pen in an upright position.
Step 5
We place the measuring tape around our foot and measure from the point behind our big toe to the point behind our little toe.
Step 6
To measure our arches we place the measuring tape around our foot at the height of the arches.
Step 7
Additionally to measure our ankle we place the measuring tape around our ankle.
Step 8
To take the measures from our calf we place the measuring tape around our calf at the height below the knee.
Step 9
To find out our shoe number, we place the measuring tape vertically on the A4 glue where we have drawn the outline of our foot and we measure the distance from the point where the big toe ends to the bottom where our heel ends.
